Terms and Conditions

Everything you need to know about ordering online with Artinfusion, including delivery, making payments, returning purchases (the practical stuff) and information about our privacy policy, disclaimer and copyright (the small print).
Payments are securely processed through PayPal, allowing you to shop safely on our website. PayPal uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your confidential information so that it cannot be viewed or accessed by others online. (Please note that a PayPal account is not required. Payments can be made using all major credit & debit cards). When you confirm your order you will be forwarded to PayPals secure payment site and you will be asked to enter your payment details. When the order is completed, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment has been processed and Artinfusion will email you confirming your order has been received.
Postage is included in all prices for delivery to locations on mainland UK, N. Ireland, Scottish and offshore UK Islands and Channel Islands.
All greetings card and poster deliveries will be made by First Class Royal Mail and by Express Delivery (Parcelforce 24) for all other items.
20% VAT is included in all pricing.
We aim to send your greetings card and print orders within 1-3 working days and all other items within 5-7 working days. If there is a delay in sending your order to you or items are temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with a delivery date. If this does not meet with your requirements you may cancel your order. Please let us know if you have an urgent delivery request and we will try to help if we can.
Refunds and exchanges
All our items are hand finished with much love and care and we hope you will be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not, you may return them, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days, for a refund or exchange to: Artinfusion, Ankerig, Gas Lane, Thorney, Peterborough PE6 0SG. We cannot refund or exchange used items.
Damaged or faulty items
If you find your items to be damaged or faulty on arrival then please contact us as soon as possible (within 2 days of receiving your order) and we will organise a replacement or refund.
Advice for returning goods
We are unable to reimburse the cost of return postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of posting, available free from the Post Office, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods. Items which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct. If a price is wrongly displayed due to an incorrect data entry or technical error we are not obliged to honour the price. Always contact us if you are unsure and need to verify a price. Due to the hand finished nature of the products, slight variations from the displayed images may arise. On occasions where alternative materials are used they will always be of equal quality. We have endeavoured to ensure that the reproduction of colour is as accurate as possible however slight variations may occur due to screen display settings. All measurements are as accurate as possible.
Privacy Policy
We will not pass on your details to any other companies or third party. Our mailing list will be used to contact you from time to time by email so we can let you know about new collections and special promotions.
All website content (including images, derivative designs, illustrations, design layout, photographs, written text and other materials), is protected by copyright owned by Artinfusion. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute or modify contents of this website in any way, except for non-commercial personal use for the purpose of placing an order or with the prior written permission of Artinfusion.
